You can remove unwanted meetings from your account using the archive. It will appear in the Archived Meetings, which is open only for Organization Admins. If you are a Regular User and wish to recover your meeting, request your admins to do so. Organization Admins can learn how to manage Archived Meetings here.
|Only the meeting owner can send the meeting to the Archive.|
If you are a meeting owner and wish to send your meeting to Archive, follow the steps below:
- Login to Powow
- Enter the meeting you wish to remove
- On the meeting page, on the upper-right, find more icon “⋮”. It's available in both the Discovery tab and Analyze tab.
- Choose Archive in the dropdown. No confirmation needed, it will be archived right away
