If there is a term that is commonly mistranscribed, you can use the Correction Phrases feature to ensure it appears correctly in the text now and moving forward. This is helpful for organization jargon, acronyms, or another specific language the Agent may not know.
For example the word “Powow” itself is unfamiliar to the Agent so it transcribes this word in different ways such as Powell or Pablo. We added wrong words to Correction Phrases to fix the transcription for our organization’s meetings! |
Organization Admins can correct phrases for all future meetings in Settings.
Add new phrases
- Login to Powow
- In a sidebar on the left select Settings

Apply Correction Phrases
A newly added correction phrase will activate the Apply key. Use it to apply your corrections to all existing meetings. All new coming meetings will automatically receive the correction.
The correction phrases applied from settings work only for future meetings. Your old meetings will remain the same. To make corrections in the current meeting use diarization editing. Learn more here. |
