If a meeting in the organization has been achieved, it appears in the Archived meetings. Here you can either recover a meeting or delete it permanently.
Archived Meetings are stored in the Organization section of the webapp and can be accessed by Organization Admins. The archive also provides you with the following meeting details:
- meeting ID
- date created
- meeting owner
- meeting title
For a faster search, you can sort your archive by any of the columns. Just hover to the right of the column title to activate the arrow icon and press it. Every time you press the arrow, the column will change its order either ascending or descending. All the other columns will adjust accordingly.
Next to each archived meeting, admins can find more key “⋮”. From it, you can either unarchive the meeting or delete it completely.
- By clicking Unarchive, the meeting will be recovered to its pre-archive access permissions. You will receive a notification in the bottom left of the window confirming your action
- By clicking Delete, the window will pop up asking you a confirmation, confirm or cancel the action. Once a meeting is deleted, it can not be recovered
Recover a Meeting
Removed a meeting by mistake? Contact any Admin from your organization to unarchive it for you. If you are the Organization Admin, follow the steps below.
When a User in your organization archives a meeting, it will appear in the Archived Meetings section which is only accessible by Organization Admins.
Let’s take a look at how to unarchive the meeting back to its owner:
- Login to your Powow account
- In the sidebar on the left choose Organization
- Enter Archived Meetings
- Find the meeting you want to recover
- Click more “⋮” on the right side of the row that belongs to the meeting you want to recover
- The dropdown will show the options, choose Unarchive
- Check out the push notification in the left bottom of the window with confirmation
Delete a meeting
When a user in the organization archives their meetings, it will appear under the Organization Admins’ management in the Archived Meetings section. There, an Admin can either recover or delete it.
The Archived Meetings is the only section from where you can access meeting deletion. Therefore, the meeting must be archived first in order to be deleted.
