Invite Users and Admins
Now that your organization account is fully set up, you are ready to start running meetings. But since no company can function without people in it, Powow also suggests meeting participants, as well as administrative personnel, to be users of the Powow web app to maximize the value of the application.
Invite Users or Organization Admins to your Powow Organization with just an email address. Invitees will receive an email from which they can proceed to create their Powow profile.
Once the user account is created, you have the ability to include it in several Workgroups, add it to Access Groups, or, if needed, disable the account.
Once the user is disabled, the account holder will no longer be able to access the Powow webapp with their email address.

One-Click Registration
Organization Admins can invite users by e-mail or automate registration for users with a corporate domain. Anyone who possesses email with domains listed in One-click Registration settings can log in to your organization here with Google OAuth or Microsoft Authentication.
To ENABLE one-click registration follow these steps:
- Login to Powow with your Organization Admin account
- In the sidebar on the left select Organization
- Select One-click registration
- Click Enable. After enabling, setting fields will appear
- Set up the Default Home Workgroup for new users
- Set up the limit of users in your Organization
- Add domains for one-click registration. Add only personal domains, avoid general domains like google.com or outlook.com to restrict unauthorized users from registering into your organization
You can quickly find the utterance in the diarization from where the Activities item is taken: all the items are highlighted. If you click the Activity item in the list, the diarization automatically scrolls to the relevant point in the meeting with a highlighted activity. |
Users, registered with one-click registration are gaining User rights in Powow. More about roles in Powow and what access User gets, read here. |
You can DISABLE the One-click registration any time at your concern:
- Login to Powow with your Organization Admin account
- In the sidebar on the left select Organization
- Select One-click registration
- Click Disable
Disabling the feature won't affect already registered users, they will keep entering Powow as usual. New users however will be able to register using e-mail invites only. |
Workgroups
In a company with many employees working across many teams, Workgroups are essential for organization management. In Powow, a Workgroup mirrors the environment of the company. It is used to organize members and the meeting data they create on the platform.
In Powow there are no Users who exist out of a Workgroup. The creator of the Organization becomes an Organization Admin and will be added to the default Workgroup. |
