Meetings
Upon entering Powow you will land on the Meeting Flows page that displays meetings within your Workgroup. Meetings are gathered in thematic ribbons to navigate through. Read more here.
Calendar
The Meetings Calendar displays all past and planned meetings in your company. If the calls are made with conference tools and Powow Agent agent@powow.ai is invited, your calendar will be automatically in sync. In the Calendar, you can filter meetings by owner, date, duration, criticality, and associations. Switch to List View to display and search by the meeting name and the date. Overall, the Meeting section is here to get you to the meeting you want to review.
Participants
This section shows a list of Workgroup Participants, with stats on the number of meetings they organized, the number of projects they are in, and the amount of time they spoke in their meetings.
Tasks
In this section, you can manage all the tasks from meetings you have access to, as well as manage tasks assigned directly to you or by you.
Dashboard
The Dashboard offers you a real-time snapshot of your meetings with the opportunity to dive even deeper: check out specific lowlights and highlights or track published meeting minutes then jump into a meeting of interest. The Dashboard focuses on meetings from the past 7 days to keep you up-to-date.
Analytics
This section has 2 subcategories:
Custom Topics - focus on the topics that are important to you by quickly navigating to relevant meetings based on affinity to your topic of interest.
Meeting to Meeting - create Meeting Series using custom filters to track the dynamics, decisions, and issues from one meeting to the next.
Settings
Custom Labels - add and manage labels that can be associated with meetings for faster filtering and Meeting To Meeting analytics.
Correction Phrases - add and manage fixes for organization jargon, acronyms, and commonly mistranscribed words. If there are terms that are commonly mistranscribed, you can use the Correction Phrases feature to ensure it appears correctly in the text of your meeting. For example, the word “Powow” itself is unfamiliar to the Powow Agent so it transcribes this word in different ways such as "Powell" or "Pablo". In the Powow AI Organization, we added these mistranscribed words to Correction Phrases to fix our transcription.
